TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INFORMATION

​AN OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT INCLUDES HIGH SCHOOL GRADES, CUMULATIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE, AND GRADUATION DATE, IF APPLICABLE.

PROCEDURE FOR ALUMNI/MVHS GRADUATES:

1. Transcripts must be requested via Parchment:  http://www.parchment.com/u/registration/237855/account

PROCEDURE FOR CURRENT MVHS STUDENTS--INITIAL TRANSCRIPTS:

1. Seniors manage all transcript requests for college and scholarship applications by logging in to SchooLinks through Student Single Sign On. ​
2. Transcript requests will be processed within 10 school days.
3. The House keeps a record of all transcripts sent.
4. A "Final" transcript is required by all colleges as proof of high school graduation and will be sent to the college indicated by seniors’ Enrollment Decision in SchooLinks.
5. NOTE: Test scores are not printed on transcripts. To send test scores, contact the appropriate testing center directly:
